Rhea Bernardez, LYD candidate of SI Antipolo, was recognized as one of the winners for the Federation level awards this year. For this, she obtained an additional $10,000 from the Soroptimist International of the Americas. As Region Awardee, Rhea previously received $5000 from SIA and PhP10,000 from SIPR.
